We are looking for a Senior Front End Software Engineer, to join our amazing team. As a Senior Front End Software works closely with peers, customers and stakeholders globally with minimal supervision to deliver customer requirements to support the smooth utilization of the CloudPay platform across the world.
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
- Work on development tasks, programming and reviewing Angular code
- Work as part of an Agile team
- Mentor and coach Jr. Front End Engineers
- Collaborate with the UX/UI team to produce a great user interfaces
- Propose improvements in the code, the processes, the tools, the standards, etc.
- Grow your system and business knowledge
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement aiming for the highest quality and operational excellence
Attributes and Experience Required:
- Development experience with a strong foundation in OOP, Design Patterns, Clean code and SOLID principles
- Experience working as part of an Agile team
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, CSS, HTML5, and solid experience of Angular
- Experience in API-driven development
- Comfortable in engaging with a wide range of roles (juniors, seniors, other stakeholders) to collaborate on solutions and communicate technical ideas
- Familiarity with microservices and its implementation
Soft skills needed:
- Good team player
- Excellent logical, analytical skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter, able to own, prioritize and plan own workloads
- Flexibility in working to tight timescales to meet release deadlines
The following would be an advantage:
- Experience in of Java 11/Java 17/JavaEE, Spring framework or Spring boot, Groovy, Vue.js
- Background in Payroll, HR or other financial domains
