As a “Payments Transformation Specialist” you will report to the Payments Transformation Supervisor to support the Payments Operational Team, Product/Development teams and external Payment Providers in the release of new products and processes, also to be 1st line support for the live payments Processors.
Daily Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary escalation point for the Payments Operations team regarding any issues or queries related to payment systems and providers.
• Deliver training on new processes to the Payments Operations team, ensuring successful adoption of new product features.
• Maintain and update process documentation, ensuring it reflects the latest releases.
• Collaborate closely with the product team as a stakeholder, providing requirements and feedback for improvements.
• Partner with external providers to identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency improvements.
• Assist external partners in the release and testing of new products and capabilities for the treasury team.
• Track and manage projects related to the release of new products and platform migrations within the Payments team.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new processes and releases.
Required Attributes and Experience:
• Strong customer service skills, including the ability to engage with clients effectively through interpersonal communication.
• Capable of communicating effectively across all levels, engaging with clients, payroll partners, payment solution providers, and internal teams via phone and email across multiple countries.
• Flexible in managing and taking full responsibility for individual workloads and projects, while also supporting the broader treasury team.
• Skilled in identifying and resolving issues with new product launches before they are released to the wider team.
• Strong ability to evaluate existing processes and work collaboratively with external partners and internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience with platform implementation or migration is preferred, particularly with finance-based platforms.
• Background in project management related to new product releases and demonstrated success in driving adoption is desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and internet-based software is advantageous.
*Please note that this is an onsite role, 4 days a week only, 1:00 pm to 12 am shift.
