In early 2025 CloudPay launched the Business and Digital Transformation (BDT) Program, a portfolio of eight strategic cross-functional Programs, with the objective of addressing key business priorities via strategic alignment and operational excellence, driving efficiency and promoting digital innovation.
The Associate Payroll Business Analyst will have a key role within the Service Definition Program, one of the eight BDT led initiatives. The mission of the Service Definition Program is to outlines CloudPay global and country specific scope of service, and deliverables, producing a set of documents which will clearly explains to customers; Service PArtners and all internal CloudPay business functions what the service includes, how it will be delivered, and the expected outcomes.
Part of a team of 4, working alongside a Program Director, a Payroll Consultant and a Payroll Business Analyst, reporting directly into the Director, Global Partners (Program owner and co-sponsor); the role will be responsible to develop the service definition documentation under the supervision of the Payroll Business Analyst and the Payroll Consultant. Ensuring the service definition is well documented, in line with market best practices, to support CloudPay go to market proposition and service delivery model.
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
- Support with the design of CloudPay service definition architecture in line with market best practices and local markets legal requirements
- Responsible for the development of L1 to L4 payroll process taxonomy underpinning the service definition, including local and country specific deliverables.
- Responsible for the development of documentation for internal and external use: service definition handbook and “go to market” handbook.
- Support the delivery of the fit gap analysis underpinning the development of Service definition adoption roadmap
- Support the development of training material enabling the deployment and adoption of the new service definition
- Act as change management enabler supporting CloudPay stakeholders throughout the deployment and adoption of the service definition.
Attributes and Experience Required:
- Background in payroll and financial services: Good knowledge and experience in payroll process and/or transformations.
- In depth understanding of CloudPay Operating model and service delivery structure
- Good knowledge of CloudPay platform and product suite
- Good knowledge of the logic underpinning payroll regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and process documentation
- Must be a team player but also able to work independently
- Must be focused, goal driven, accountable, and exhibit significant attention to detail
