Our fast-growing team is looking for configuration specialists, to accelerate the onboarding of our clients onto CloudPay’s platform. Involved in the delivery of white glove experience for our clients, leading to sustained growth for CloudPay.
The Associate Implementation Consultant is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality implementation projects. You will have the responsibility for applying best practices for all implementation work throughout different projects.
This role will follow a 4-day work week onsite schedule and a shift of 1PM to 12MN.
Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
- Implement payroll projects and execute designated tasks as part of the payroll processing on behalf of customers, on time and accurately
- Provide support to customers on all payroll related matters to ensure the highest level of service, including acting as a back-up covering for holidays or emergencies
- Identify and consider both the business and technical needs of customers with the goal of providing a quality and consistent user experience.
- Configure, execute, test and implement the designed solution, in alignment with global requirements
- Provide support to Implementation Consultants (IC’s) in performing designated activities related to system setup and testing within the project delivery
- Provide regular status updates to Reporting Manager
- Provide regular status updates to Project Leads
- Perform tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager
- Supporting best practice and excellence with a ‘can do’ attitude
Attributes and Experience Required:
- Good experience in payroll processing or HRIS Implementation
- Solid experience in support, configuration, or implementation of business applications
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Interest and ability to learn new business applications and related capabilities as required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical staff
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Ability to prioritize workload, set and achieve goals
