What does your job involve?  

Ensuring all UK and Ireland payrolls and implementations are processed accurately and on time; driving process efficiencies;  supporting the supervisors and managers with developing team members; building relationships with clients to ensure we are working well together; working with Recruitment on open vacancies and recruiting the right staff.

What do you enjoy about your job?  

I am lucky to be part of an amazing team. I always enjoy a challenge and the opportunity to learn – I particularly like helping support team members to reach their potential. Building relationships with clients, collaborating and working together even when there are challenges is a great experience. I find satisfaction in seeing the progress we make over the months and years and, in reviewing, finding that we are not having the same challenges.
